~Merry Christmas ~

Snowflakes gently falling.
Pretty lights shimmering
for all to see.

A time we celebrate the birth
of the Christ child.
In a manger long ago this beautiful
child was born.
Silent night and a special Holy night.

A time of year when people get together
and remember family and friends.
A time to remember those less fortunate.
But this should be all year long.

Church bells ring.
Choirs sing.
Candlelight and sprigs of holly
decorate this special night.
Christmas eve and the glory of
God shines brightly.
