Ok, I will admit that this is what I hope turns out to be a great motivational tool for me.

Kinda like making a New Years resolution and needing help to follow through.

 

I thought if I would post what I plan on doing to get back into shape and living

a better and healthier lifestyle I would be more inclined to stick to it.

I hope anyway.

First of all, I plan on getting back to Weight Watchers and starting

back at the Community Center for working out.

I will have a personal trainer again and that works best for me because

they keep you going.

Second, It's back to drinking water instead of Diet Coke.

Water is healthier for me and works wonders.

That with a proper diet and exercise I should get back on track in not time.

 

One thing I WILL NOT do is post my weight. lol

That's personal and private.
